Jaackpot's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

These terms and conditions govern the jaackpot platform (jaackpot.bet) and applies to all of its services. This document constitutes a legal agreement between jaackpot and its members.

Jaackpot is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. It operates for entertainment purposes, and all services are available to individuals aged 18 and above.

• These terms are written in Bengali, but in the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall take precedence.
• Jaackpot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using jaackpot immediately.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on jaackpot:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. jaackpot reserves the right to verify your age.
• One Account Only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• KYC Verification: Identity must be verified using a national ID card or passport.
• Password Protection: Members are responsible for keeping their own accounts secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.

Jaackpot reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time and forfeit any balance held in that account.

Deposits on jaackpot can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳500 BDT is required per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: A daily maximum deposit limit applies. See your account dashboard for details.
• Your Account: Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Processing Time: Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly.
• No Fees: jaackpot does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Deposits made through a third party or using someone else's mobile banking account may be cancelled by jaackpot, and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from jaackpot:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• KYC Required: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

If fraud or account misconduct is suspected, jaackpot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation. If the member is cleared, funds will be released immediately.

Jaackpot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds generally require 10x to 30x wagering before withdrawal. The exact figure is specified in each bonus's terms.
• Validity: Bonus offers have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• One-Time Benefit: The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonus Abuse is Prohibited: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets. Details will be stated in the bonus description.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed for bonus wagering must generally meet a minimum odds requirement of 1.5 or higher.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jaackpot:

• Bet Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message once your bet is successfully accepted. Bets without confirmation will not be considered valid.
• Odds Changes: jaackpot reserves the right to change odds before a bet is confirmed, regardless of the odds displayed at the time of submission.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: jaackpot reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Live Betting: jaackpot is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to connection issues.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to each bet.

Jaackpot reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns to ensure fair and responsible betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaackpot:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or misuse of promotional offers.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or use of systematic fraudulent strategies.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources into jaackpot (money laundering).
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's software.
• Harassing or causing inconvenience to other members.

Closed by Member: Any member may close their account at any time. Eligible balances will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

Closed by jaackpot: jaackpot may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Directives from regulatory authorities.

Jaackpot takes responsible betting seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, and we have several tools in place to make sure it stays that way:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Timer: Limit your continuous betting sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break lasting anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account to step away from betting for an extended period.

Jaackpot will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled or missed due to internet connection issues.
• Any loss resulting from a member sharing their own account details.
• Disruptions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable events (force majeure).

That said, jaackpot is always committed to protecting members' interests and works to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Jaackpot reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Notice: Members will be notified via email or through the platform prior to any significant changes.
• Effective Date: Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Consent: Continued use of the platform after notice has been given will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Disputes: If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
